We only remove what is safely stored
Every copy is verified
Before a photo leaves your phone, your computer re-reads the file from disk and checks its checksum. If anything doesn't match, the photo stays on the phone.
Your files are just files
Originals live in folders by year and month, in their original format. Any app can open them — even without Freemora.

Plug in a second drive and Freemora keeps a mirror on its own — and tells you plainly when only one copy exists.

The short answers
What if my computer is off?
Nothing is lost: photos wait in a queue on the phone, and the app shows how many are not yet protected. When the computer is back, the transfer resumes where it stopped.
What if a drive fails?
That's what the mirror is for: Freemora keeps a second copy on another drive and checks it. Pro will add an encrypted cloud copy.
iPhone or Android?
Both. On iPhone, Freemora downloads originals from iCloud when needed. Note that deleting from the phone also removes a photo from iCloud or Google Photos sync — the original stays on your computer.
Why doesn't iPhone free the space right away?
iOS keeps deleted items for 30 days in “Recently Deleted”. Freemora shows you how to empty it in one step. Android frees the space immediately.
Does it work away from home?
The first version works on your home network. Backup and browsing from anywhere come with Pro.
